Esprit Awards VINCI Facilities its First Outsourced FM Contract

Esprit, a major fashion retailer, has awarded VINCI Facilities its first outsourced total facilities management contract to be delivered over a 3 year term.

Under the agreement, VINCI Facilities will be responsible for the day to day management of both hard and soft services to Esprit’s 57 stores in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The objective of the agreement is to rationalise the supply base, introduce real-time management information systems and KPIs measured against a balanced scorecard, giving Esprit greater visibility of its spend.
