VINCI Facilities has completed the £2.25m refurbishment and upgrade of three Grade Two listed buildings, together with a mews building, situated at the rear of the site in central London for Bloomsbury Publishing Plc.
The refurbishment works for Bloomsbury Publishing Plc included the complete strip out of existing finishes together with full refurbishment of five rooms throughout the terrace buildings.
Many of the existing features have been fully restored including the walls and ornate ceilings.. The existing heating systems were stripped out and a new energy efficient heating and cooling system was installed throughout. New lighting was also installed and designed to be in keeping with the original features of the building.

Internal alteration works were carried out to the mews area and included the formation of new office areas. Repairs were also carried out to existing floors with new plywood flooring and carpet tiling was installed to office and communal areas. The works also included the replacement of toilets and kitchen areas.
