VINCI Facilities operate an Environmental Management System which enables us to achieve and demonstrate our environmental performance by minimising the negative impact of our operations, whilst maximising the potential for environmental improvement. Our aim is to be at the forefront of the industry in reducing the impact of all our activities on the environment.

In 2009 VINCI Facilities Social Housing operations continued to improve on our environmental initiatives which saw over 90% of materials taken from site, either reused or recycled.

The VINCI Technology Centre has a dedicated team of Environmental and Sustainability Consultants that support us in our service and contract delivery in the social housing sector.

We provide a flexible portfolio for enhancing environmental performance and improving our clients sustainability objectives.

Proactive management reduces environmental risk, creates opportunities and raises the profile of a sustainable housing organisation. Our teams can assist in achieving high environmental ratings through access to our EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors who have expertise in practical, market based sustainable solutions.
