Our teams of directly employed staff dedicated to each contract are given the skills and experience necessary to deliver a customer focused service that recognises and understands the diversity of the local community.

We ensure that all people who work for VINCI Facilities, whether on an estate or in a hostel, understand the culture of the environment in which they work. Where it is critical to the business or to our clients, our people are CRB checked. We are able to deliver a unique service through our directly employed teams who are:
