Void Maintenance

Anyone moving into a new home expects to be met by a safe and functional environment. VINCI Facilities work closely with clients to establish a Void standard for homes which they expect all new residents will enjoy.

This standard will be achieved and made available to residents as early as possible, through liaison between the client, our Voids supervisor and on occasion, the new resident themselves.

Our Void teams are a dedicated resource; managing and turning the properties from  Void status to Occupied as quickly as possible. We currently turn Void properties around in approximately five days, from receipt of the keys to handing the keys back to the client.
