Hundreds of our managers have completed the programme, significantly strengthening their commitment to the company and earning VINCI the prestigious Training Journal Award for Best Leadership Development Programme.
We pride ourselves on creating a supportive culture and a workplace that is safe, rewarding and inspiring; which can be challenging as almost 60% of our existing 2,200 people have TUPE transferred into VINCI Facilities from previous employers.
We take nothing for granted, surveying our employees regularly to make sure we are continuously improving. The 2016 employee engagement survey resulted in a 79% engagement score, which is higher than the industry average.
