As Performance Director, Gary has developed the company’s distinct approach to continuous improvement and digitalisation applying lean and agile philosophies to streamline processes, improve productivity and enhance smart building performance.
His role is to support the VINCI Facilities management team to align their development programmes to our customers objectives and support our teams to deliver incremental gains in performance. Right now, Gary is leading the deployment of VINCI’s digital strategy and development road-map.
Business responsibility is fast paced and all encompassing and Victoria’s leadership role is to keep VINCI facilities one step ahead. Understanding and effectively communicating the needs of our stakeholders and the needs of wider legal and policy frameworks in social, environmental and governance issues. Her expertise in broad and deep, across a range of sectors and specialisms ensuring integration and buy in from operational teams.
Recognising the wider responsibility to making ESG integrated into business as usual, Victoria is an board member in the Supply Chain Sustainability School, and an active STEM ambassador regularly supporting schools and colleges to integrate ESG into curriculums and challenging stereotypes for career choices.
