Contract: UCL East
Predominantly used on UCL East for Planned and Reactive manned guarding, patrols, and CCTV surveillance. They are also the conduit between Metropolitan Police, LLDC, London Stadium and Westfield Shopping Centre to share knowledge of incidents, threats and statistics.

All Demolition works, Asbestos removal, Recycling and reclamation, Diamond drilling and cutting, Dismantling and re-erection of steel buildings, Machinery removal and recovery, Strip out works, Scrap and waste processing, site clearance & Concrete crushing.

Bathroom, Toilet and Shower Refurbishments, CAT A and CAT B Refurbishments, Roofing and Civils, DDA Compliance, Painting, Decorating, Flooring, Plastering, Dry Lining and Suspended Ceilings, Carpentry, Brickwork and Void Refurbishments, Doors, Windows and Kitchen Upgrades.

Contract: Queen Elizabeth Hospital
Qwikplot provides VINCI Facilities with high-quality, up-to-date as-built drawings across Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Their work supports compliance, safety, and operational e iciency by mapping critical infrastructure such as fire systems, medical gas, and power, and underpins lifecycle planning, emergency response, and digital transformation initiatives.

Warden Construction Ltd.
Contract: Healthcare
Warden supports VINCI Facilities from preconstruction to delivery. Through Pre-Construction Service Agreements, they advise on buildability, sequencing, and risk, and help shape cost plans and programmes. As Principal Contractor to RIBA Stage 5, they manage site operations, trades, and Health & Safety, ensuring works are delivered to design, budget, and quality. Their open-book procurement and site layout planning further enhance transparency and control.

Daren leads on all aspects of HSEQ for VINCI Facilities and has over 20 years’ experience in Health & Safety. He provides expert advice and assists our suppliers and teams in dynamic and high-risk environments.
