Sue leads the Government & Transport FM business and has over 25 years’ experience delivering operational services to public and private sector clients. Sue builds strong collaborative relationships and works closely with teams, customers and suppliers to deliver excellent services and continuous improvement. She actively supports social value in her business by encouraging community engagement activities within her teams and providing inclusive employment opportunities.

Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in the Facilities Management sector, having held a variety of roles across multiple market sectors during her career with VINCI Facilities. A passionate advocate for community engagement; Sarah is now developing her career in social value and sustainability, bringing fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the field. In her role, she supports initiatives that create positive impact for communities and the environment. As a judge for the Social Value Award, Sarah is excited to recognise suppliers who are making meaningful contributions through their work with VINCI.

Having 20 years’ experience working in the Hard FM sector, Mike has extensive experience of developing supply chain solutions in complex environments.
