Maintain, repair and resurface the roads and footpaths, within the 5000 acres that cover the 8 Royal Parks within London. Undertake Civil Engineering projects which include drainage improvements, ducting for new improved electricity & water supplies, kerbing & street furniture works.

Civil Engineering & Highway contractors working in both the public and private sectors undertaking general Civil Engineering and maintenance works, constructing new roads, footpaths, sewers and car parks. We have maintenance contracts with Local Authorities in Surrey plus many Private Schools and bodies consistently delivering completed works to a high standard.

Supporting VINCI through mobilisation, delivery and transformation of Total Security services across multiple sites within their LocatED contract, a government-owned agency responsible for developing sites across England to meet the Government’s commitment to build 500 new schools by 2020.

Project Summary:

Working in collaboration with VINCI, Lorne Stewart have completed the electrical and mechanical refurbishment for House Blocks B, C and CSU at HMP Swinfen Hall in Lichfield, Staffordshire and are pleased to report there were zero incidents during the project.

Green Man provide specialist support services at the request of the FM management teams, and free technical telephone support directly to MRT’s along with on-site training as a value for money bolt on to our paid for services.
