Apprenticeships

Working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital has been fantastic, and the apprenticeship has been both enriching and rewarding. The supportive learning environment enabled me to earn a promotion within my first year, and completing the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award has further strengthened my leadership and teamwork skills.
Aaron Pitts, Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Placements
Get a head start on your career with a placement at VINCI Facilities. Whether it’s a summer role or a full-year experience, you’ll take on real responsibility, work alongside experienced professionals, and apply your learning to meaningful projects.
Our tailored support includes a structured induction, mentoring, and regular check-ins with our Early Careers team. You’ll grow your skills, build valuable networks, and gain insight into disciplines like commercial management, finance, HR, and more. Outstanding performers may even be offered sponsorship, including a bursary and graduate role, paving the way for a bright future after university.
The apprenticeship has given me hands-on skills that traditional education couldn’t offer, like how to strip down a heating calorifier. It’s also boosted my confidence, particularly in communication, and the progress I’ve made has been incredibly rewarding. My advice: dive in, ask questions, and make the most of the support around you.
Jamie Deluce, Engineering Technician Apprentice
Graduate
Programme

As a hands-on learner, an apprenticeship was ideal for me. It laid the foundation for my career and enabled me to progress steadily. I’m proud to have built confidence in engaging with customers and delivering technical works, such as upgrading our emergency lighting system. There’s a real demand for skilled engineers, and this path opens up incredible opportunities.
Liam Morrison, Senior Facilities Manager

I really enjoy the dynamic environment of the apprenticeship programme and the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues.
