At VINCI Facilities, we’re committed to making wellbeing a core part of our culture, on equal footing with safety. Our robust strategy focuses on both physical and mental wellbeing and is built around four key pillars: Health, Growth, Belonging, and Communication.
We offer a 12-week programme, Habits for Health, to all employees. Supported by a wellbeing coach, the programme covers nutrition, exercise, mindset, sleep, and breaking negative habits. It’s fully flexible, employees can complete the full programme or focus on the areas that matter most to them.
All employees also have 24/7 access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which provides confidential support for mental health, financial wellbeing, family issues, and more.

For future leaders, our Management Development Programme (MDP) accelerates progression by developing the skills, behaviours, and mindset needed to lead with impact.
