Paul Cottam
Managing Director, VINCI Facilities
Paul is a Chartered Building Services and Energy Engineer with board-level leadership experience across the built environment. With deep expertise in Facilities Management, energy contracting, and retrofit/adaptation projects, he has been with VINCI Facilities for 12 years, stepping into the role of Managing Director in 2024. Paul now leads business strategy across a broad portfolio of public and private sector customers.
A passionate advocate for health, safety, and wellbeing, Paul has served as a Trustee of the British Safety Council and is currently a Trustee of Mates in Mind, a charity supporting mental health in the construction industry.

Lee Scragg
Region Director, Defence
Drawing on two decades of experience within complex defence, high-security contracting, and technical FM environments, Lee heads up our Defence portfolio. Lee has worked in various operational and business development roles, delivering excellent customer outcomes. He is a passionate supporter of talent management and career development, having been sponsored by the business to undertake his MBA.

With a commercial background, Adrian has led operations across the rail, government, nuclear, and education sectors. A Fellow of the RICS, he focuses on governance, change management, and social value. Adrian is committed to delivering high-quality, consistent services through strong partnerships, robust operational standards, and team engagement.

Paul is focused on strategic growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Grant Cristall
Strategy Director, Defence
Grant brings FM experience across both public and private sectors. He has led key partnerships with Crown Commercial Services and other government agencies while securing a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities. Known for his commercial acumen and strategic insight, Grant leads complex, high-security contracts with a focus on consistency and customer satisfaction.
Kellie Hockings
Head of HR
Kellie has HR experience spanning the public sector, hospitality, retail, and FM. She leads on employee relations, wellbeing, and organisational culture. A champion of mental health, women’s health, and generational inclusion, Kellie is committed to building a fair, respectful, and engaged workplace.
Talfryn Farrell
Performance Director
Talfryn leads performance, quality assurance, and digital strategy. His focus is on enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term organisational capability through continuous improvement and innovation.
David Harris
Director, Strategy & Development
David is an Incorporated Engineer and strategic leader with a background in FM, project delivery, and decarbonisation. He combines technical expertise with commercial insight to shape future-ready services. As Director of Strategy & Development, David drives business growth, customer value, and the deployment of VINCI Facilities’ V-Zero offering and decarbonisation capability.
Alison Bowen

Alison brings experience in commercial and contract management across education, healthcare, and government. She specialises in compliance and process optimisation, and is a strong advocate for inclusion and fairness, playing a key role in launching Employee Networks that promote respect and connection across the organisation.
