Paul Cottam

Managing Director, VINCI Facilities

Paul is a Chartered Building Services and Energy Engineer with board-level leadership experience across the built environment. With deep expertise in Facilities Management, energy contracting, and retrofit/adaptation projects, he has been with VINCI Facilities for 12 years, stepping into the role of Managing Director in 2024. Paul now leads business strategy across a broad portfolio of public and private sector customers.

A passionate advocate for health, safety, and wellbeing, Paul has served as a Trustee of the British Safety Council and is currently a Trustee of Mates in Mind, a charity supporting mental health in the construction industry.

Drawing on two decades of experience within complex defence, high-security contracting, and technical FM environments, Lee heads up our Defence portfolio. Lee has worked in various operational and business development roles, delivering excellent customer outcomes. He is a passionate supporter of talent management and career development, having been sponsored by the business to undertake his MBA.

He has led key partnerships with Crown Commercial Services and other government agencies while securing a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities. Known for his commercial acumen and strategic insight, Grant leads complex, high-security contracts with a focus on consistency and customer satisfaction.
