VINCI Facilities drives innovation through our global Innovation Hub, connecting over 150,000 colleagues across more than 100 countries. This platform allows us to share ideas, pose challenges, and access proven solutions that can be tailored to customer needs.

Our Innovation Experience Days bring this to life, enabling customers to explore technologies, share challenges, and co-develop practical solutions.

We work closely with customers to develop tailored innovations. For example, at Alvaston Moor Academy in Derby, we addressed a recurring issue of damaged fire doors by designing a bespoke protection system. Consisting of steel barriers with rubber cushioning, the solution has saved the school tens of thousands of pounds in ongoing repair costs.

Further examples of innovation in action include:

• Neptune, our Accessible Insights Platform, which uses bespoke AI capabilities to process data more quickly, support smarter decision-making and improve efficiency.
• 100% plastic-free cleaning products, which feature zero plastic in both formulation and packaging. Developed in partnership with our supply chain, these solutions ensure highly effective and sustainable cleaning operations.
• V-Forms, our digital process tool, which streamlines critical operations such as risk assessments, site access, task management and compliance tracking. Now adopted across all contracts, it supports over 2,500 users and has enabled the completion of more than one million digital forms.
