Supporting customers on their journey to Net Zero, from inception to delivery.
V-Zero is VINCI Facilities’ approach to helping customers achieve Net Zero through integrated Facilities Management and retrofit delivery. It aligns strategy, sustainability, compliance, and operational performance across the entire lifecycle of the built environment.
Our Building Solutions team specialises in retrofit solutions to reduce emissions, working closely with our dedicated V-Zero team to carry out whole-building assessments and user behaviour analysis, ensuring tailored, effective decarbonisation outcomes.
We have particular expertise in upgrading social housing stock to meet the PAS 2035 standard for energy efficiency. Our fabric-first approach includes loft insulation, cavity and external wall insulation, thermally efficient doors and windows, and low-energy lighting. This is supported by sustainable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar photovoltaics, enabling homes to achieve EPC C or higher.
Data-driven decision-making underpins our approach to Net Zero. We harness reliable data to reduce emissions, maximise asset value, optimise costs, and manage risk effectively.
Recognising that achieving Net Zero requires investment, we also collaborate with funding experts to secure finance and deliver energy-efficient solutions across homes, hospitals, schools, and workplaces.
VINCI Facilities’ leadership in decarbonisation has been recognised with first place in the Sustainable FM Index (SFMI) Awards.

Following the completion of the PAS 2035-compliant retrofits, we are hearing positive comments from our tenants. The collaborative approach has been a success, and Building Solutions will certainly be welcome to tender for future PAS 2035 works with the council as we roll out more programmes.
