We take pride in being the preferred supplier to all major national frameworks. As well as being ISO 9001 accredited, we have also received two awards from Peabody Quality Housing, including Community Engagement Project of the Year and Outstanding Tenant Engagement.
We have long term relationships with housing associations and councils including Sandwell Council, Camden Council, Peabody, One Housing Group, and Sanctuary. In commencing the Decent Homes Project with Sandwell Council, we marked 15 consecutive years of collaboration, completing over 57,000 property improvements in that time.
Annually, we contribute over £16m worth of real social value in communities across the UK, which we define in line with Social Value UK principles. As well as providing local employment through our supply chain, we recycle 97% of our waste and currently have a Lost-Time Injury/RIDDOR rate of zero.
