CBI Social Value Report

July 2020

VINCI Facilities, through our membership of the CBI, supported a recent report that highlights the complexities and challenges of a fragmented approach taken by national governments to social value. The report highlights a range of recommendations to strengthen the transparency and delivery of social, environmental and economic value through procurement.

VINCI facilities developed a bespoke quantitative framework in collaboration with Social Value UK in 2016 that all projects complete on a monthly basis and have recently supplemented this with the Social Value Engine to calculate social return on investment for specific projects.
