Understanding what’s important to our clients – and then creating and executing a plan that delivers right first time – is at the heart of our Quality Management System (QMS).

Our QMS, externally certified to ISO 9001, is built on the principles of Plan – Do – Check – Act and continuous improvement. While centrally maintained, the system is owned by subject matter experts from across the business who ensure the QMS – and the information it contains – is not only accessible to staff wherever they are, but always supports the work our teams are carrying out.

Our approach to planning is always collaborative because we understand that plans developed together are stronger, more effective and more conducive to success. We use the methodologies within our LEAN Management Framework to ensure we remain focused on the things that matter to our clients. Our in-house Lessons Learned app allows us to capture and share insights and solutions from around the business, which gives our clients access to the collective knowledge and experience of the entire VINCI Facilities team.
